This postgraduate certificate is based on the philosophy of process-oriented work. The course is the ideal context for practising this philosophy through practice-oriented group learning. Through study and confrontation within your own group, you explore the possibilities and pitfalls you face as a leader.
Are you a team leader, co-ordinator or manager with a higher education qualification? Do you work in the profit or non-profit sector? Do you want to work consciously and actively with others on the growth process as a leader? Then this process-oriented programme should present an informative challenge.
Module 1: experience-oriented team building, giving more effective leadership, integration and action
Module 2: (learning to) chart organisational development and quality assurance, develop and implement step-by-step plans
Leadership is one of the critical success factors of an organisation.
Leadership is not an unambiguous concept; it takes on many guises: from managing and organising to working in a process-oriented way with people and organisations. And this is the challenge facing every leader, regardless of his or her workplace.
Module 1: Process-Oriented Leadership
