This continuing education course satisfies the criteria of the Royal Decree of 20 July 2001, art.53.2., which states that people who use sources of ionising radiation and radiological equipment for medical purposes in carrying out their assigned tasks must have followed a course that corresponds to their professional activities.
For nurses and medical imaging technologists who play an active role in the patient's medical exposure (diagnostic and therapeutic) and thus have a direct influence on the patient's radiation exposure. You work in the field of radiology, nuclear medicine, catheterisation or radiotherapy.
The programme has been put together and recognised by the Federal Agency for Nuclear Control.
The course comprises a basic programme of thirty hours (four lesson days) and practical sessions with a total duration of twenty hours. For people employed in nuclear medicine and/or radiotherapy, there is an additional course lasting a minimum of ten hours.

The enrolment fee is € 200. This includes all syllabuses, coffee and lunch. The enrolment fee for the additional programme is € 50.
