Introduction Week

YES to Introduction Week: when you receive confirmation that you have been accepted, we kindly ask you to pay the introduction week fee of € 180. A room will be reserved for you at the local Youth Hostel. The € 180 fee includes assistance with finding a student room for the duration of your stay, student card fee, sports card fee, bus pass, Internet access in student room, some extra meal vouchers, other activities and excursions throughout the semester. If you have already found a student room in Leuven and do not require accommodation during the first week, the deposit is €100 which includes all the above minus lodging during the introduction week.
