New Application Procedure for Exchange Students

From now on, applying for our exchange programmes must be done online.

Follow this link to the online application form. The entire application comprises 2 steps:
1. Fill in the online form and click on the ‘send’ button
2. Download the application document, read the instructions, fill it out, have it signed, attach the requested documents, and mail it to

Your application should arrive:

• before 15 June 2011 (for the Fall semester 2011-2012)
• before 15 November 2011 (for the Spring semester 2011-2012)

IMPORTANT: your application is complete ONLY after the online form has been sent and the application documents on paper have been received.

We would like to emphasize that all courses in the exchange programmes will be taught in English.

Please take into account that a beginner’s level of English is not sufficient. We require a European B1 level or equivalent in order to complete the coursework at Leuven University College. Please contact the international coordinator at your home institution if you need any additional information about this.  Furthermore, our coordinators may contact you personally to assess your level of English.
