Technology teacher

Technology is everywhere. So some initiation is required if people are to function usefully. Technology is therefore included as a technical subject in the first cycle of secondary education. The subject deals with various fields that call for a specific teaching approach, corresponding theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Your students are familiarised with various elements in order to give them a better idea of what interests them. It is important that a technology teacher supports the student effectively, allowing him or her to make the right choice.

You only get a true picture of technology as a subject by having contact with people who work in the field. We therefore plan visits to and workshops at technical and vocational schools, businesses and institutions from the various subject areas and special trade fairs.

One year equals semester 1 plus semester 2 for a total of 60 ECTS credits. The Educational and Examination Regulations provide you with more information on the split between semesters.
