invites you to its 4th
INTERNATIONAL WEEK 19–22 March 2012

Dear colleague

Please find herewith our invitation to the 4th International Week. This event will take place at the Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven (Leuven University College), Department Health and Technology. The languages will be English, French and Dutch.

Our programme:

Lectures, workshops and presentations related to

all our study programs : chemistry, biomedical laboratory technology, midwifery, nursing, nutrition and dietetics , applied information technology, by incoming guest lecturers (experts from Belgium & abroad – within the Erasmus Staff Mobility system).
health and/or information and communication technology topics
more general topics about international exchange, intercultural competences, labour market for European bachelors

Networking possibilities in the mentioned areas
Promotion of exchange programmes
Poster market /Info market/Info sessions about international experiences and programmes
Cultural activities

NEW : Our International Week offers several networking possibilities. If you would like to start up projects and discuss them, feel free to do so. We would also like to motivate our students more and more for international networking. Colleagues who would like to bring some of their students are more than welcome to do so. A special student programme will be provided by our own student society. It would certainly be of interest to put the students from our different student clubs/societies together so that they can brainstorm and work on this student cooperation.
