DLO (Department of Teacher Training) is next to the sports hall, with the student car park situated in Kerspelstraat.

By car
via Haasrode
If you're travelling:
via the E314, take the E40 towards Luik
from Brussels, take the E40 towards Luik
from Luik, take the E40 towards Leuven
Then take:
Exit 23 – Meerdalboslaan N25 towards Korbeek-Lo, Bierbeek, Haasrode
After 300 metres, take the first road on the left. Drive into the commercial zone of Haasrode as far as the Volvo garage. You then come to a T-junction, turn right and follow the road to the end of the commercial zone (Ambachtenlaan). You come to a three-way fork. Take the middle road, Milseweg. This road goes straight through the military area – De Hemptinne barracks. Follow the road to the next junction (Kerspelstraat/Hertogstraat). Straight across the junction, you will see the Heverlee sports hall. The main entrance of the DLO department is next to the sports hall, with the student car park situated in Kerspelstraat.

via the centre of Leuven via Ruelensvest
If you're travelling via the E314, take exit 15 – Leuven
Follow Koning Boudewijnlaan N264 as far as the viaduct, then turn right onto the Tervuursevest next to the viaduct. Drive past the Delhaize store and at the lights (Naamsepoort) go straight on, onto Ruelensvest. Drive as far as Parkpoort (Philips site) and at the lights, turn right – Geldenaaksebaan. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Pakenstraat. Follow the road as far as the junction of Kerspelstraat and Hertogstraat.
Straight across the junction, you will see the Heverlee sports hall. The main entrance of the DLO department is next to the sports hall, with the student car park situated in Kerspelstraat.

via the centre of Leuven via Hertogstraat
If you're travelling via the E314, take exit 15 – Leuven
Follow Koning Boudewijnlaan N264 as far as the viaduct, then turn right onto the Tervuursevest next to the viaduct.
Drive past the Delhaize store and at the lights (Naamsepoort) turn right onto Naamsesteenweg. Drive straight on over the railway line. Take the first road on the left – Hertogstraat. The main entrance of the DLO department is next to the sports hall, with the student car park situated in Kerspelstraat.

By public transport
by bus

The Heverlee Kazerne bus stop is 200 m from the department entrance. You can find the timetable for buses 4, 5 and 6 on www.delijn.be. Every quarter of an hour there is a bus from the centre of Leuven. Bus 2 (Naamsesteenweg) – this bus takes you to the department via Naamsesteenweg.

By train

Heverlee station is a 10-minute walk from our department. You can get to Heverlee station on the Leuven-Ottignies line. You can find more info on www.b-rail.be.

By car

From Brussels, East and West Flanders
Follow the E40 as far as the Heverlee interchange
Take the E314 towards Leuven/Hasselt/Genk until exit 24 Tienen/Bekkevoort/Diest
Take the N2 towards Diest
Join the R26 (Citadellaan), turn right at the second set of lights (Nijverheidslaan)
After 100-150 metres, you come to a T-junction. The building on the left of this T-junction is Clenardus campus
From Antwerp
Take the E313 towards Luik/Hasselt until exit 23 Geel/Mol/Westerlo
Follow the N19-N127 as far as Diest
Join the R26 towards Leuven (Citadellaan), turn left at the first set of lights (Nijverheidslaan)
After 100-150 metres, you come to a T-junction. The building on the left of this T-junction is Clenardus campus
From East Brabant and Limburg
Take the E314 towards Brussels/Leuven until exit 25 Diest/Herk-De-Stad/Halen
Follow the N2 (Halensebaan - Eduard Robeynslaan) as far as Diest: At the roundabout, turn right.
Follow this road to the next roundabout, where you turn left.
After around 50 metres, at the next roundabout, you will see Clenardus campus.

By train
