Online application

If you are a non-native Dutch speaker or a student who received his or her former education outside Belgium, we welcome your interest in the Leuven University College and ask you to apply online with the following procedure. This procedure will determine if your former education can provide you direct access to our degree programmes. A number of requirements are to be met. A positive answer may allow you to enrol directly in our degree programmes or you may be requested to enrol in a Dutch language course first. 

The following forms should be sent to the academic secretary along with the requested certified documents.

• Financial Guarantee

In case you have already an excellent command of Dutch and when your former education provides direct access to our degree programmes, you may want to enrol online. Before you visit the department of your choice, you can pre-enrol first at www.voorinschrijven.be. This pre-enrolment is not a definitive enrolment but is a useful tool for creating a clear summary of your study history. This saves you quite a bit of time when you come to enrol at one of our departments.

You can still enrol for this academic year.

For the 2009-2010 academic year, you can pre-enrol from 1 March 2009.
