From this day on students cannot with draw and receive a refund of the entire tuition fee minus the fixed part. After this day (until 1 March 2012) only half of the tuition fee will be reimbursed, minus the fixed part

The year programme must be drawn up and signed, students must have filed all administrative paperwork and the tuition fee must be paid (or payment by instalments must have been requested) in order to be able to take examinations and to complete the student’s file with the authorities (important for study vouchers account, child benefits and rant).

Until this date students may request to postpone the first examination opportunity, normally in January, until June (decision no later than 15 December)

Final withdrawal date for first semester course units and year-long course units. After this date (until 15 March 2012) only study vouchers for second-semester course units will be reinstated to the student's account.
