The K.U.Leuven Association is an association of 13 Flemish higher education institutions.

General Services consist of the college wide services of Leuven University College and its offices are located in the ‘Abdij van Park’.

The Department of Business Studies offers business management and office management programmes and its campus is located in Heverlee. In 2009, this department had 1,435 students and 80 staff members.

The Department of Health and Technology offers study programmes in chemistry, IT, laboratory work, medical management assistance, nutrition, nursing and midwifery and its campus is located in 'Gasthuisberg'. In 2009, this department had 2,112 students and 206 staff members.

The Department of Teacher Training has 2 campuses, in Heverlee and in Diest. Both campuses offer a bachelor’s study programme in pre-primary and primary education. Students wishing to become secondary education teachers, can study in Heverlee. In 2009, this department had 1,908 students and 200 staff members.

The vzw Studentenservice is an autonomous organisation which takes care of Leuven University College student services. The ‘Student Service’ is a non-profit organisation, in which students and college administrators have equal representation.
